Making eggs and bacon for breakfast,
A trip to Costco for groceries,
Two hours of lawn mowing,
Drenched in sweat,
Belly full of kicking baby,
Missing my better half,
A sweet baby who just wants to be held,
A rare peaceful shower,
In my pajamas by 5 pm,
And I believe we may have cereal for dinner.
I don't need cards or gifts to know that I'm needed. Being a mom is the greatest job I always knew I wanted.
