And 2 years ago (in November 2006) I did it with 4 kids. I drove to visit him when he was at the same Army post he's at right now. And I remember that I cried when we had to say good-bye but it was so nice just to see him!

Can you believe the girls were so little? They were 6 months old. Little did I know then that 2 years later I'd be making the same trip with another set of little twins.
Life is just crazy like that sometimes.
