Finally, He's Home

I can't upload pictures and don't have internet yet, but I had to update everyone.

Jason arrived home last week. This long, crazy journey has ended. After waiting 7 hours for him to get to us, his plane landed and he got on a bus to bring him to the gym where all of the families were waiting on Monday night.

The twins were all scared at first. Leila and Sarah stood back and sucked their fingers nervously while Nathan and Ryan pulled away when he reached for them. It did not take long before they were all in his arms though!

I was blessed to have a wonderful photographer there and pictures will come soon. There was also a newspaper reporter and our story made the front page last week. I'll try to share those photos as well.

For now, we are busy making up for lost time and settling into our new house. God has truly provided for us and we are renting a big, beautiful house near the base. We are unpacking now and I should be back to share more of our adventures later this week!

Thank you all for your prayers and for thinking of us. I sort of never expected to make it to this point and couldn't let myself think about it too much for fear that Jason might not make it home. Having him here, in our arms again, is just incredible.
